Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Subject Matter Expert, specifically focusing on Telecom Service Providers and Internet Service Providers (TSPs & ISPs) to enhance our team. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the Telecom industry, coupled with a strong executive presence and superior communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams on large-scale IT project implementations for M&E clients. You will help develop industry specific products and services that enable their digital transformation. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the product management process, from initial concept through to widespread implementation. They need experience in leading and executing complex projects, and should be effective at influencing both within their own organization and externally. Collaboration with various groups not directly under their control is essential. Applicants must demonstrate competence in fundamental product management skills, such as developing user stories, setting priorities, establishing success metrics, and articulating a vision that originates from customer needs. They should be adept at navigating and clarifying complex situations for multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and often uncertain environment. You will be working with multiple clients concurrently as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offer expert insights, analysis and guidance to team members on the Telecom industry
  2. Participate in large-scale project implementations, working closely with technical teams.
  3. Partner with client CXO’s to draw up business architecture and process leveraging own experience.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to drive innovation and process optimization.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through presentations and detailed reports.
  6. Identify best practices and develop solutions to improve operational processes
  7. Mentor team members and foster a learning environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Over 10 years of experience in the Telecom sector.
  2. Expertise in industry strategies and practices.
  3. Strong executive presence with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Experience in leading complex projects and working with technical teams.
  5. Must have experience in working with TSP and ISP business clients as domain expert.
  6. Past experience with big 4 consulting firms is a plus.
  7. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
